Ron Downey, a BSc graduate, was one of the founding directors of Kindle in 1981, one of many successful Irish software companies. In 1997, he left Kindle and co-founded Graphite HRM, a company that supplies legal HR compliance advice to over 1,200 companies in Ireland. In 1998, he co-founded CR2, which develops and markets software for banks, including Internet banking and ATM software.

Charles Garvey holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University. He currently serves as a non-executive director of the publicly quoted Horizon Technology Group, of which he was previously Chief Executive Officer. Horizon technology has a current market capitalization of €76m ($97m). |

Tom Keane, an engineering graduate of University College Cork and Trinity College Dublin, has over twenty years experience at a senior level in the software business. Before co-founding NitroSell, Tom worked as a Software Engineer and ICT architect for leading software companies, including Motorola, Ericsson, Compaq, and Accenture. In February 2007, Tom was appointed to the Microsoft Live Partner Advisory Council (Live PAC) an exclusive, invitation-only council created by Steve Ballmer that meets regularly in Seattle.

Jerry Walsh, the other co-founder of NitroSell, began his career at the age of eighteen, when he founded NitroWeb Ltd., which became one of Ireland's most innovative and technically sophisticated ISP and ASP providers. Additionally, Jerry was a technical consultant to a range of companies including VISTECH Software, where he helped them revolutionize their Webcore technology.

Colin Newman was co-founder and marketing director of Irish software companies IONA Technologies and Cape Clear Software. IONA Technologies is quoted on the ISEQ and the NASDAQ, with a market capitalization of €115m ($146m), while Cape Clear is privately held.
