As COO and later CEO, Charles played a key role in propelling Ireland’s top technology company Horizon from a staff of eight people to a group employing 720 people and floated on the Dublin and London stock exchanges. Charles established several start-up businesses for Horizon and was also responsible for most of the acquisitions and disposals undertook during his time there. Horizon was recently sold to Avnet Inc, a US-based international technology distributor.
Before joining NitroSell, Donogh was an Extreme Blue Intern and Software Engineer with IBM at their Dublin Software Lab and was involved in a number of indigenous startups, including the company’s predecessors, NitroWeb and Amagineering Systems. He has been working on commercial web projects since 1998 and holds a degree in Computer Science from University College Cork (UCC), with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and marketing.

Prior to joining NitroSell, Paul began his career in the military before moving into the world of Sales & Business Development. Bringing a wealth of international experience, having helped some of the world’s most exciting and innovative Scale-Ups grow their operations into new markets, through a consultative and data-driven approach. Paul joined NitroSell in March 2019 as VP of Sales.

Peter has been involved in e-commerce projects since 2012. Having joined NitroSell in 2015, he has been helping the retailers succeed online by providing best-in-class support. As VP of Services, his goal is to provide the best experience possible for our customers through our support, design, and online marketing teams.
