Marketing Manager

Cork, Ireland

NitroSell is seeking an experienced marketing professional to help drive its push into mid-market retail. The primary objectives will be to support the sales team in building our reseller network and customer lead pipeline, the creation and distribution of content for online and offline promotional channels, and increasing brand awareness in our target markets.

You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Develop a demand generation strategy, identifying the channels and activities needed to deliver against agreed targets
  • Own and manage the planning and execution of all marketing programs
  • Partner with our sales team to ensure efficient lead passing, optimise lead quality and support prospecting efforts
  • Co-ordinate with partners, third-party vendors and cross-functional internal resources
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in marketing

  • This position is based at our offices in Cork city centre. It may involve occasional travel: typically up to four weeks per year.

    Channel Partner Development Manager

    Cork, Ireland

  • Identify, recruit new and expand existing reseller channel to grow resell revenue
  • Generate pipeline and revenue through the channel ecosystem
  • Establish ongoing outbound lead development program by prioritizing contacts, and contacting them through a coordinated outreach of email, phone, and social media
  • Work with partners to ensure effective client communications and up sell opportunities
  • Develop and track key partner reports and metrics, to more effectively evaluate success, and track growth
  • Create and launch new partner onboarding programs
  • Manage partner communications in conjunction with marketing department, including partner portal, partner sales and technical documents, partner newsletters, partner incentive programs, etc.
  • Manage partner program, including the tiers/levels of partners
  • Recruit and onboard partners in new ecosystems or regions
  • Align with Inside and Outside Sales Teams to drive demand, qualify new leads and set sales appointments
  • Collect market intelligence and assess the competition by building a thorough assessment on how to outsell the competition, e.g., the products and services they are providing, how do they differ, market positioning
  • Participate in a weekly progress meetings with the senior management team
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience with channel partners (managing partners/alliances or working for a channel partner)
  • Willingness to travel as needed (10-15% typically)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Candidates with backgrounds in the following roles are preferred:
  • Software partner channel experience with mid-market retail (5-200 locations)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a SaaS company in a Sales or Business Development role
  • Experience developing partnership strategies (including go-to-market initiatives) and closely managing relationships at partners to ensure alignment and results
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up. Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to influence others to achieve business aims
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

    Web Application Support Specialist

    Poznan, Poland

  • Providing phone and online support to new and existing customers
  • Carrying out ad-hoc requests when required
  • Documenting features of our software and services, in our knowledge base and on our forum
  • Recreating issues within NitroSell’s software based on customers’ feedback
  • Investigating problems with clients’ webstores using SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
  • Working closely with the development and implementation team to bring issues to a successful conclusion
  • Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • A positive, outgoing attitude, with an openness and willingness to learning new skills
  • Proactive and creative in approaching problem solving, with excellent analytical abilities
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a team
